Experienced and insured commercial concrete floor restoration subcontractors are needed for an approximately 2,000 sq. ft. spa project. The scope includes removing an existing floor finish, deep cleaning and preparing raw concrete, applying a commercial-grade oil-resistant sealer, and maintaining a natural concrete look with no gloss. The exact product, brand, and materials must be identified, along with evidence of effectiveness in preventing cosmetic and massage oils from penetrating or staining concrete; the product must be tested under actual spa conditions. Availability is requested for an evening this weekend or the same evening. If the initial treatment succeeds, the work may expand to the remaining locations, for a total of six spa locations, with potential twice-yearly service. Experience with commercial concrete floors and insurance are required.
