A large commercial terrazzo floor restoration project is seeking an experienced floor-care subcontractor. The work includes removing old wax and coating buildup, deep cleaning and restoring terrazzo, resealing and protecting the floor, and buffing or polishing to a high-gloss finish. The project must be completed by Friday. The provider must have proper floor equipment, terrazzo restoration experience, and enough manpower to meet the deadline. This is an immediate opportunity.
