Responsibilities include full vacation-rental turnovers: laundry, bed-making, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, restocking starter supplies, staging, pool and patio checks, and sending damage or turnover photos via a messaging app. Must be reliable for same-day turnovers and weekend cleanings. Candidates should provide a flat turnover rate, relevant experience, current number of properties serviced, and references. Preference given to those already working in nearby resort communities.
