A request for proposals has been released seeking a qualified contractor to provide as-needed power washing services for various municipal locations. The contract is anticipated to be awarded to a single contractor for recurring pressure washing of public infrastructure, including sidewalks, concrete surfaces, curbs, and other municipal areas, on an on-call basis. A non-mandatory virtual pre-proposal meeting will be held on July 9, 2026, at 9:30 AM. Questions are due by July 20, 2026, at 5:00 PM, and proposals must be submitted by July 30, 2026, at 2:00 PM, followed by a virtual proposal opening. Qualifications include experience in commercial pressure washing, municipal exterior cleaning, and property maintenance. Companies with government agency or downtown business district experience may be especially competitive.
