A cleaning service is needed for a vacation rental with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms under 2000 square feet. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and comfortable using checklists and technology. Responsibilities include linen changeovers, laundering off-site, and swapping in fresh linens provided. Additional opportunities may be available if the work is satisfactory. Most summer cleanings must be completed between 10 AM and 4 PM. The standard cleaning takes about 2 hours, though some may take up to 4. Compensation is $195 per turnover, with an extra $30 bonus for each 5-star cleaning review. A short form must be completed for consideration.
