Proposals are being solicited from commercial janitorial office cleaning companies. The selection will be based on qualifications, relevant experience, schedule, and cost. Pre-bid meetings require scheduling by December 6, 2023. Proposals must be submitted electronically or by hardcopy by 2:00 p.m., December 12, 2023. Proposals received after this time will not be accepted. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at the specified time. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder who best meets the requirements. The right to reject any proposals or waive irregularities is reserved.
