The project covers janitorial services for four office and community facilities. A mandatory walkthrough is scheduled for Tuesday, October 27, 2026, beginning at 9:00 AM with four scheduled stops. The initial contract is one year, with up to four additional one-year renewals; cleaning is generally outside regular business hours unless permission is granted, and monthly pricing is required for each facility. Access includes keys and security codes. Qualified contractors need appropriate janitorial licensing, bonding, insurance, workers’ compensation documentation, and at least three current client references.
