Seeking an independent cleaner for four short-term rental properties. The work includes turnovers, weekly cleanings, and occasional deep cleans. Unit layouts include a two-bedroom, two one-bedroom units, and a studio. Equipment and supplies are provided. The cleaner must be independent rather than a cleaning company. Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking are required. At least fifty short-term rental turnovers are required. Two host references are required, with at least twelve months of work and substantial turnover experience. Applicants are asked about their time as an independent cleaner, English fluency, recent three-month turnover volume, and total two-year turnover volume.
