A commercial kitchen deep cleaning opportunity is available at a single facility. The work is scheduled for a Monday in mid-August. The cleanable kitchen area is approximately 1,500 to 2,000 square feet. The scope includes degreasing, cleaning equipment exteriors, walls, floors, drains, exterior hood surfaces, areas behind and under movable equipment, and handling kitchen mats. The job requires a crew of about three experienced cleaners for six to seven hours. Relevant qualifications include commercial kitchen deep cleaning experience and the ability to provide appropriate chemicals and equipment. This is not a hood or duct exhaust cleaning job. There is potential for recurring work and additional commercial cleaning opportunities.
