This solicitation is for performance-based janitorial services for multiple port facilities, including low-rise office buildings, small guard houses, and industrial facilities. Tasks include general cleaning of restrooms, offices, cubicles, carpets, kitchens, locker rooms, windows/glass, and non-recurring cleaning. There will be a mandatory site visit at the port administration building with two date options on November 1st and November 8th, 2022. Questions are due by November 10th, 2022. RSVP 36 hours in advance is required for the site visit, and attendees must show picture identification to obtain a visitor badge.
