A recurring turnover cleaning opportunity is available for short-term rental properties, with potential to become the primary cleaner for the account. Duties include linen and bed resets, bathroom cleaning, restocking, and preparing units to be guest-ready. Reliability and dependable transportation are required. Solo cleaners and small cleaning teams are welcome. Pay is a flat rate per turnover, agreed in advance and generally structured to equal about $35–$40 per labor-hour based on expected cleaning time.
