Ellis County is looking for janitorial services for three facilities, with the potential to expand to additional county facilities. Proposers must have operated a commercial cleaning service continuously for the past three years. Personnel must be thoroughly trained in all cleaning and janitorial techniques and safety. The proposal should include costs for labor, cleaning supplies, and equipment. An optional pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for July 17, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., followed by a facility tour. The square footage for estimating work will be provided.
