Accepting sealed proposals for janitorial services. Proposals must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. CST on Thursday, August 31, 2023. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. CST on Thursday, August 24, 2023, at the Administrative Services Building. Respondents will have the opportunity to ask questions and tour the project site. The city reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals and to conduct investigations into the bidder’s ability to provide the required services.
