Proposals are being sought from janitorial service companies for the cleaning and maintenance of both public and non-public spaces at a main library and 11 branch libraries. The Request for Proposals is available online. There will be a mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting at 10:30 AM Eastern Time on April 4, 2023, with site visits to two branches following the meeting. Proposals must be delivered in person before 12:00 Noon Eastern Time on April 21, 2023. No electronic submissions will be accepted.
