A municipal entity is seeking qualified and experienced janitorial contractors to provide routine cleaning services for a recreational aquatic and fitness center. A mandatory walkthrough of the facility must be arranged in advance and completed before the submission deadline of September 2026; contractors who do not complete the visit will not be considered. The scope includes cleaning the entrance and lobby, workout and fitness rooms, gymnasium, public restrooms, locker rooms, showers, hallways, and other common areas, with services such as floor care, vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting high-touch surfaces, glass cleaning, trash removal, restroom sanitation, mirror cleaning, and gymnasium or bleacher cleaning.
