Duties include stripping and remaking used beds, washing linens offsite, cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and staging the home. Outdoor areas must also be reset, including straightening furniture and wiping surfaces. The cleaner provides their own supplies and equipment, and a pre- and post-clean video is required. Ongoing work is available at a flat rate based on experience.
