A janitorial subcontractor is sought for routine office cleaning. Services are estimated at 2 to 2.5 hours per day per facility. Four facilities are available, with a planned start date of November 2, 2026. Weekly schedules are three days per week for three facilities and five days per week for one facility. Scope includes vacuuming carpets and rugs, sweeping and mopping hard floors, emptying trash and replacing liners, cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, dusting accessible surfaces, wiping common and high-touch areas, and general office cleaning. Required qualifications include proof of current insurance coverage before services begin. This is a subcontractor opportunity. Service schedule, compensation, and responsibility for supplies and equipment will be set in the service agreement.
