Sealed proposals are being accepted for janitorial services for a township's police department and administration offices. All necessary labor, materials, and equipment must be furnished. A mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled on April 26th at 10:00 AM. Proposals must be submitted in quintuplicate by April 2, 2021, at 10:00 AM. Specifications and plans are available online or in person during specified hours. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, but all bids may be rejected or informalities waived. Withdrawal of bids is restricted for ninety days post-opening, unless specified by law.
