Sealed bids are invited for janitorial services at a municipal center for a one-year contract starting January 1, 2021. Bids will be opened on November 5, 2020. Specifications and bidding documents can be obtained at the municipal center or requested via mail or email. A certified check or bid bond of at least 10% of the bid amount must accompany bids. Bids are irrevocable for 45 days post-opening. The evaluation will consider financial responsibility, integrity, efficiency, industry experience, and ability to execute the contract. The borough reserves the right to accept or reject any bids.
