Sealed bids are being requested for janitorial services for a three-year contract starting January 1, 2021, through December 31, 2023. Bids will be opened on Tuesday, October 27, 2020. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee and all necessary bonds. The Borough reserves the right to hold bids for up to 60 days, waive informalities, reject any or all bids, or accept portions of bids in the best interest of the Borough.
