A county agency seeks qualified commercial cleaning contractors to provide janitorial services at nine senior and active adult centers in a northeastern region. The contract period is January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027. Services are required five nights per week, excluding holidays, and include routine floor care, carpet vacuuming, trash removal, restroom cleaning and disinfection, office and common-area cleaning, and restroom supply replenishment. Additional work includes weekly detailed cleaning, machine floor polishing and interior window cleaning every two months, exterior window cleaning every six months, and annual floor stripping, sealing, refinishing, and blind washing.
