A request for proposals is being accepted for janitorial services at a human services complex. Proposals must be submitted by a specified date and time and will be publicly opened later that same day. Bid documents are available for download from a website and require a valid email address. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked for the janitorial services and include a completed non-collusion affidavit, proof of insurance, and a bid security in the amount of ten percent of the bid. The county reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive technical mistakes. Failure to meet submission requirements will result in rejection. American made products are to be furnished where applicable.
