Provide janitorial and clean-up services for two stadiums within a recreational complex after various events such as football games, soccer games, music shows, and baseball games. The complex spans over 90 acres and includes a 7,000-seat multipurpose stadium with 170,000 square feet of artificial turf, a 4,500-seat baseball stadium, and six natural grass softball fields. Events typically attract between 800 to 5,500 attendees. Services will be needed for 31 events annually between April 1st and December 31st. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at the complex.
