Sealed bids for janitorial services will be accepted until 10:30 a.m. EST on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, and opened at 10:45 a.m., or shortly thereafter, in the Commissioners' Chambers. Specifications can be accessed online, and only registered bidders may submit. Registration requires attending a mandatory pre-bid and site tour on May 29 and May 30, 2024, starting at 8:30 AM. Bidders must complete and submit all required forms, including a bid bond for 10% of the first year's service cost and a performance bond for the full amount after the contract is awarded. Bids must be sealed and properly marked.
