Proposals are being accepted for janitorial services across multiple facilities in the county. Proposals must be submitted by 3:00 PM on a specified date, and there will be no public opening. Notifications will be sent by mail. Comprehensive performance specifications are available upon request. Mandatory pre-proposal meetings and site evaluations are scheduled for February 24th and 25th. Vendors must adhere to social distancing, requiring the ability to drive to various locations. The county reserves the right to reject any bids deemed not in the best interest of its citizens. Evaluation will focus on competitive pricing, relevant experience, corporate longevity, and positive references. Selected vendors will commence work on July 1, 2021.
