A town is seeking sealed bids for cleaning services for the interior of its town hall building. Bids will be accepted until 11:00 a.m. on a specified Friday in April 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Bid specifications will be available from the town clerk's office starting a specified Monday in April 2024 or via email. The service period will be from April 2024 to April 2025. The town reserves the right to reject or accept bids based on its interests. A non-collusive bidding certificate is required.
