ISO subcontractors are needed for two commercial locations. Must be insured. Monthly payout is $1,300 per location, with a quarterly floor scrub for $800 per location. The job runs Monday through Sunday from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM at both locations. Daily tasks include emptying trash bins, vacuuming entry mats, spot cleaning glass and frames, sweeping and dust mopping the sales floor, auto scrubbing the entire sales floor, dusting and spot cleaning fitting rooms, detailing and disinfecting customer restrooms, mopping restroom floors, refilling dispensers, and spot cleaning ceiling vents. Weekly tasks include removing graffiti and auto scrubbing all floors. Secondary areas include department sales floors, and back-of-house areas include break rooms, offices, and janitorial closets. Subcontractors must supply their own vacuum.
