Proposals are requested for a project with submissions due electronically by 2:00 PM on Tuesday, August 17, 2021. Due to COVID-19, proposals will only be accepted via an electronic method, and instructions for this process are provided in the RFP document. A virtual meeting will be held to read aloud the names, cities, and states of offerors on the due date. Attendees must provide identification details at the start of the meeting. Questions regarding the proposal must be submitted by 5:00 PM on Friday, August 6, 2021. The City Council retains the right to reject any or all proposals and to determine the best offer in the event of ambiguities.
