Sealed bids are being requested for janitorial services for a city. Bids will be opened on February 25, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. Bidders must submit a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond amounting to at least ten percent of their bid, not exceeding $20,000. The successful bidder's contract will only become effective once the necessary funds are lawfully secured.
