A housing authority is seeking a cleaning contractor for janitorial services at four facilities. The initial contract term runs from November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2027. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for September 9, 2026, and site visits are encouraged. The combined approximate square footage is 9,000 to 11,500 square feet, with three facilities serviced three days per week and one facility serviced one day per week. Services include trash removal, disinfecting, dusting, window cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning and restocking. The contractor must supply labor, cleaning chemicals, equipment, and most supplies, while the authority provides trash liners, toilet tissue, hand towels, and soap. Service is generally performed on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, with a minimum of 20 hours per week. Contractors need at least two years of cleaning-contract experience, references, and staff must pass criminal background checks and wear identifying uniforms and badges.
