The janitorial services contract covers two school locations with a combined area of just over 110,000 square feet. The contract is set to start around April 16, 2021, and will last for three years. The scope includes daily cleaning, bi-annual floor care, and both interior and exterior window cleaning twice a year, along with special event cleaning. Bids need to be submitted electronically by 1:00 PM on April 7, 2021.
