Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, for janitorial and carpet cleaning services at four locations, including City Hall, the Public Service Building, an arena, and a water filtration plant, over a period of three years. Electronic and printed copies of plans and specifications are available from the city's website or by contacting the Department of Public Works. A pre-bid conference will occur at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at the Public Services Building, followed by facility tours. The city reserves the right to reject any bids or waive irregularities.
