The town is accepting sealed bids for professional custodial and cleaning services. Bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. on a specified Wednesday in July, at the Town Manager's Office, where they will be publicly opened. A bid bond or deposit of 5% of the bid price is required. Bid packages are available for pick-up or via email starting on a specified June date. The town reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
