Sealed bids are being accepted for janitorial services for town-owned buildings from July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023, with options for two additional one-year renewals. Bids must be submitted by May 11, 2022, at 1:00 p.m., at a specified location. These bids will be publicly opened and read at that time. Bidders are required to submit using original bid forms in clearly marked envelopes. The town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and encourages submissions from Woman/Minority Business Enterprises.
