A city is seeking proposals from qualified cleaning and janitorial service firms for a library currently in a temporary location. The contract duration is up to one year, starting January 2021, with possible extensions up to June 2022. Proposals must be submitted electronically by December 7, 2020. Interested firms can access proposal documents online starting November 19, 2020, and must have an active online account. Two guided site visits are available by appointment, as specified in the request for proposals. Minority, Women, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to participate.
