A municipality is accepting sealed bids for the annual supply of janitorial supplies for its departments. Bids must be submitted by a specific deadline and will be publicly opened and read thereafter. Bids can be submitted either in paper form obtained from the purchasing office or electronically. The municipality reserves the right to accept or reject bids and to waive any formalities.
