There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference on November 19, 2020, at 10:00 am CST. Bidders are required to conduct mandatory pre-bid site visits, which need to be scheduled via email. The site visits are available on November 20, 2020, from 8:00 AM CST to 3:00 PM CST, and on November 25, 2020, from 8:00 AM CST to 11:00 AM CST.
