A city is seeking bids for janitorial services for their Department of Maintenance. The bid submissions are due by October 13, 2020, at 11:00 A.M. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit are scheduled for October 5, 2020, at 9:00 A.M. Interested parties must attend the conference to be eligible for the contract. Bids must be submitted electronically through a specified website, and will be publicly read after the closing time. In-person attendance at bid openings is temporarily suspended, but vendors can listen to the opening via a provided phone link.
