Bids for janitorial services are being accepted until March 5, 2020. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit is scheduled for February 27, 2020 at 9:00 am. Bidders must attend and sign in by 9:10 am to be eligible for the contract. Bids can be submitted electronically through a designated website or on official solicitation forms. Electronic bids will be publicly read after the bid closing time. Inquiries about the bid can be made until February 28, 2020.
