Proposal is due Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 2:00 PM local time for custodial services for select government buildings. Services include cleaning and maintenance for county facilities as outlined in the full request documents. Proposals must be submitted electronically only through the county's eProcurement portal. No proposal may be withdrawn for 60 days after the submission deadline. The county may reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, negotiate modifications, and award based on best value and operational advantage.
