The College seeks a contract for window washing services, covering both interior and exterior windows and louvers at the main campus and satellite locations. Contractors should be ready to explain and demonstrate their cleaning methods and provide necessary LEED and Material Safety Data information. Proposals should include recommendations for initial, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual cleanings. A conference for interested contractors will be held on October 27, 2023, at 2:00 pm in the Campus Services Building, room CSB 170. Attendance is highly recommended.
