Proposals for janitorial services will be received until 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 11, 2024, with a public opening and reading of bids at that time. The new contract will be effective from September 1, 2024, through December 31, 2025. An Executive Oversight Committee meeting will take place on Thursday, August 8, 2024. Proposal documents can be obtained electronically or by scheduling an appointment for document review. Site inspections require appointments and are available Monday through Thursday, between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. The committee reserves the right to reject any bids.
