An Independent Cleaning Service is needed to provide janitorial services at a public library 3-5 days a week starting June 2024. Work should be done between 6:00 and 8:30 in the mornings or at night. Duties include cleaning public and staff areas, emptying trash, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, and mopping. Detailed duties and floor plan drawings with area square footage are available upon request. Workers must pass a background check. The service must have a valid business license and proof of liability insurance, as well as Workman's Compensation coverage if employees are used. Proposals are due by 5:00 pm on May 24, 2024.
