A local cleaning contractor is sought for a recurring commercial cleaning account at one facility. The schedule is two nights per week: Mondays anytime while the facility is closed and Thursdays after 6:00 PM. The contractor must be local to the service area, insured, have reliable transportation, be dependable and punctual, follow the cleaning scope, maintain quality standards, and use a time-stamp photo app to submit proof-of-completion pictures after each service. Interested contractors should provide their business details, crew size, and cleaning experience.
