A cleaning subcontractor is needed for two short-term rental turnovers on Sunday, October 4. The two properties are about three miles apart; one is a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath unit of roughly 1,350 square feet, and the other is a four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath unit of roughly 2,500 square feet. The second property will have clean linens provided, so no laundry washing or drying is required, and dirty laundry will be collected separately. The subcontractor must be reliable, experienced with short-term rental turnovers, and able to complete both properties that day.
