A contractor is sought to provide annual janitorial services for a single facility. The facility is approximately 15,025 square feet. Services are generally performed Monday through Friday starting at 4:00 PM. Contractors must have been in business for at least three consecutive years, demonstrate experience cleaning facilities of comparable size, provide three professional references, and have one supervisor per shift. Employees must undergo background checks and wear identifiable uniforms.
